When your group is finished its selling effort you can submit your order  by mail with your Final Order Form and payment. If you have misplaced your original Final Order Form provided by us you can click here to send us an email. We will gladly fax or email you another one.

Remember to allow for mailing time to get it here by the Deadline of November 12th.
