Fill in and return your registration form by fax, mail or email as soon as your group has decided to utilize our fundraising program. We will send you the requested number of sales forms as soon as we receive your registration. Each group is required to submit a registration form each year as lead organizers change and we need to have updated information as well as knowing how many kits to send.

Our sales order form will be included in the sales kit based upon the number you request but if you wish to print your own sales forms click here (hit back arrow to get back) to download a pdf of our order form. You can save this on a disk or memory stick to bring to your local printer.

Deadlines:

• October 15th - to register your group. You will need time to conduct your sales effort prior to meeting the next deadline so we need time to get you the sales tools. Don't delay - submit your group registration as soon as you know you are going to work with us.
• November 12th - This gives us the time to produce your order and get it to your group in time for distributing to your supporters.
